Kadi Veesaare isikunäitus "Mis värvi on sinu vaikus?"

Avasin 11.septembril  oma isikunäituse Palamuse muuseumis. Näitus on avatud muuseumi lahtioleku aegadel - E-P 10-18. Näitus jääb avatuks 24.oktoobrini 2026.

Vaikus.
Vaikuses on hetki.
Hetkes on vaikust.
Millal oli viimati vaikne?
Kas mäletad?
Mis eelnes vaikusele?
Mis tuli peale vaikust?
Kas panid tähele?
Vaikuses paned tähele.
Vaikust paned tähele.
Vaikus on paus.

ENG
Silence.
There are moments in silence.
There is silence in the moment.
When was it last quiet?
Do you remember?
What came before the silence?
What followed the silence?
Did you notice?
In silence, you notice.
You notice the silence.
Silence is a pause.
A pause for a thought. A pause in conversation, a void between brushstrokes.
Silence speaks louder than any word.

The photographs in the exhibition can be compared to visual haiku as they capture a moment in the same delicacy. Influenced by the Japanese philosophies of i and Mono no Aware, these captured moments and reflections of the soul serve as poignant testaments to the impermanent and fleeting nature of all things. Acknowledging the transience of objects and moments fosters a deeper appreciation for their inherent beauty and encourages us to be fully present in the moment.

The photographs are hand-printed by the artist using alternative printing techniques—anthotype, cyanotype, gum bichromate, and polymer photogravure. Through this labor-intensive process, the photograph transforms into a physical object—unique and one-of-a-kind. A moment materialized in this way does not vanish into the noise of the digital world but offers an opportunity for quiet contemplation; it allows the gaze and the mind to wander through a different, delicate reality, inviting and encouraging us to dream.
