CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT, PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
Web store KADIVEESAAR.SHOP requires no customer account or user ID.
For purchasing you shall send your request by adding suitable goods into the cart and pressing the key „Check out“ at the cart page. Then enter the data about purchaser and delivery. After this you shall confirm the ordering conditions and pay for the goods through the Maksekeskus or Paypal or with prepayment invoice.
Purchase sum shall be paid in full extent after the receipt of order confirmation and invoice. Agreement will take force from the receipt of the due sum specified on the order confirmation to the settlement account of Zebra Studio OÜ.
In the web store KADIVEESAAR.SHOP it is possible to pay with prepayment invoice, Paypal, credit cards (via Paypal) or via Estonian bank payments provided by Maksekeskus AS (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Citadele). Payments are processed in Euros (€).
Prices of goods sold in the web store KADIVEESAAR.SHOP are indicated beside relevant products. Delivery fee will be added to the price. All prices are in Euros (€).
Information of the goods is provided immediately beside the goods in the web store.
Receipt of an order will be confirmed electronically in relevant e-mail with annexed conditions of agreement.
Items in the web store are made to order (if it is not stated differently on the product page) and it takes 5-7 days to create the product. Product will be shipped out within 5-7 business days. Goods are generally delivered in 3-5 days, but in exceptional cases KADIVEESAAR.SHOP is entitled to deliver the goods in up to 30 calendar days.
If ordered goods cannot be delivered due to running out of stock, KADIVEESAAR.SHOP will inform you of the fact and return the paid sum (incl delivery costs) immediately, but not later than in 14 days from the receipt of notice.
SOLUTION OF DISPUTES BETWEEN PURCHASER AND KADIVEESAAR.SHOP
If you are not satisfied with the behaviour of KADIVEESAAR.SHOP, we inform you that you can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection Board, if the value of a product purchased from the web store KADIVEESAAR.SHOP is at least 20 euros. Revision of a dispute in the committee is free of charge.

All expenses relating to customs duties and fees are paid by the buyer, as soon as the package reaches its destination. We send all ordered items from Estonia (EU). In certain regions outside the European Union postal items are subject to customs duties.

SHIPPING PARTNERS
Our main partner for shipping in Estonia is Itella Estonia OÜ (Smartpost). For shippings to Europe and to the rest of the world our main partner is Eesti Post OÜ (Omniva). Occasionally if there is an urgent need to get the package within the 24h we use Cargobus OÜ services (by an agreement with the customer).
REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kadiveesaarjewellery@outlook.com.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should send the product to any of the parcel machine (Smartpost, Omniva etc) located in the Tasku Keskus in Tartu on the name of Kadi Veesaar Jewellery +3725109594. Alternatively you can mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
