These earrings are one-of-a-kind earrings.
Creating pieces for this collection is a dance between my hands and the metal, a partnership between my hands and my mind. Very intimate, fulfilling and rewarding. The earrings are transformed from a single piece of metal into an elegant form in my hands.
As the pieces are formed to be symmetrically mirrored, there are two ways to wear them. The appearance changes, depending on the ear they’re worn in.
The earrings are made of Japanese alloy Shibuichi (made of silver, copper and gold) casted by the artist herself. The surface is finished to a nice matte finish and colored with Japanese patina Niiro.
Earring posts and clutches are made of the sterling silver (925).
